I am Nicole, a photographer and artist that specialises in travel, adventure, outdoor and lifestyle photography. Through my photography, I bring out the beauty of a place, person, or brand while telling visual stories.
This is a part of my story:
When I was little, I was obsessed with the travel stories of my grandparents. I wanted to see these mystical places myself. The rug from Morocco, the small statue of an Egyptian pharaoh and tons of photos from Croatia and the Alps it was all so fascinating to me.
In the meantime, I was also pulled towards the natural world. From the little bugs in the garden to the breeze that made the leaves of the trees move. With my hands, I made an imaginary camera and clicked every time I saw something to remember. My fascination for capturing our natural world was born in those moments.
After graduating, I got my first-ever professional camera. I took it with me on my solo backpack trip through Australia. I started capturing landscapes, adventures, and portraits of my fellow travellers, and I shared my photography on Instagram and my travel blog.
Over the years that followed, photography became a big part of my life. While travelling, I developed my love for storytelling and spent many early mornings capturing a vision I had in mind.
